Project Descriptions
Events
Voices in Technology, 2025 (Contributor)
Voices in Technology needed support building a consistent digital presence for their recurring events. This was a month-long campaign where I generated buzz, promoted sign-ups, and created thank-you content to engage attendees after the event. I helped brand their emails through Google Workspace as well as their LinkedIn posts with visually aligned assets. I offered guidance on tagging relevant organizations and including sign-up links to improve reach. While the overall strategy and templates were pre-established, I played a key role in executing the campaign and ensuring the content felt polished, engaging, and on-brand.
CIOs Against Cancer 2023 and 2024 (Contributor)
This team needed a range of branded materials for their Tech Tees Off and TechWell events. I created custom graphics for their silent auction promotions for each event, designing a flexible template that could be reused across vendors and easily shared by their social media manager on LinkedIn. These were also used as physical signage for the events.
For their TechWell event, I designed a branded agenda and infographic from scratch that were used both on their website and as printed signage at the event. To round out the experience, I also created table marker templates for in-person event use, ensuring consistency across every touchpoint.
TedxConcordiaCollege, 2016 (Campaign Manager)
During my senior year of college, I joined the inaugural TEDxConcordiaCollege planning team to lead promotion for their event on Facebook. After defining their target audience and goals with them, I created the full campaign strategy, including the content calendar, event reminders, FAQs, and community engagement plan. I included a press release as well.
The campaign focused on ticket sales, speaker profiles, FAQs and event reminders, similar related TED content, and increasing engagement through polls and comments. I also co-managed the online community, responding to questions and interacting with attendees.
Despite a short, 4-week timeline, the campaign generated significant buzz — the event ultimately sold out.
Services
The Latitude Group, 2023 – Present (Campaign Manager)
The Latitude Group initially had a passive social media strategy, posting only when new job openings were available, with little to no engagement. They also lacked a consistent brand voice. I stepped in to create a full content strategy, build a branded content calendar, design custom graphics, write original copy, and manage performance metrics.
We launched a more dynamic LinkedIn presence featuring job postings, market insights, testimonials, polls, team spotlights, and job search tips. As a result, Latitude’s follower count grew to over 4,000, and they now receive direct inquiries about open roles—even during slower posting periods.
I currently serve as their main social media manager and have also built reusable branded assets so the team can continue posting efficiently during times when I’m out of office.
Fox Valley Solar, 2025 (Campaign Manager)
The owner of Fox Valley Solar wanted to build brand awareness without committing to high-maintenance social media management. I created a low-effort, Facebook campaign consisting of one branded post per week for 13 weeks posted during peak traffic hours.
The campaign focused on promoting the company, highlighting the benefits of solar energy, and educating customers about tax incentives for installing solar in Wisconsin. I delivered a visual content calendar with post mockups, suggested copy, and a clear posting timeline.
At the end of the campaign, the owner will receive a full set of evergreen assets to reuse on the website or across future posts—keeping things easy and consistent while allowing him to focus on showcasing new projects.

Food & Beverage
Off the Deck Hot Sauce and Flannel Fizz Soda, 2021 – 2023 (Campaign Manager)
This husband-and-wife team ran two small-batch food and beverage businesses and needed help building their brand presence and promoting local events. I created and managed a five-day-a-week organic content strategy for Facebook and Instagram, focusing on product features and farmers market appearances.
Early on, I advised them to stop investing time and resources into X (formerly Twitter), where engagement was consistently low. Refocusing on platforms their audience actually used helped them streamline efforts and see better results.
In collaboration with Studio Freshly’s photography, I designed branded graphics and wrote engaging captions that highlighted product flavors, announced events with daily countdowns, and shared high/low stock updates and audience polls. The polls gave the team helpful insight into which flavors were most in demand and allowed them to prioritize small-batch production accordingly. I also tagged event organizers and used rotating product highlights to keep the content fresh and dynamic.
Together, we discovered that behind-the-scenes content and posts featuring the owners themselves drove the highest engagement, which led us to shift the content strategy in that direction. The clients handled real-time community management, while I focused on planning and publishing the content over the course of three years.
Non-Profit & Community
Rebloom Health, 2025 – Present (Campaign Manager)
I joined the inaugural Rebloom Health campaign to help introduce the brand and establish its digital presence on Instagram. The founders took a hands-on approach to messaging and design, but needed support producing content, building strategy, posting consistently, and managing the community.
I fulfilled those needs while also coaching the team on best practices—when and how often to post, how to encourage meaningful engagement, and how to retain audience attention during early-stage growth. We also identified what types of content attracted their audience most and discussed how to make posts more shareable.
Our work together helped build a meaningful, consistent presence ahead of their digital product launch and laid a solid foundation for continued growth.
American Red Cross, 2019 – 2021 (Contributor)
As an Account Manager at the Red Cross, I coordinated mobile blood drives across Minneapolis–St. Paul. To boost engagement, I encouraged blood drive hosts to create social media posts tagging the Red Cross across all platforms, with emphasis on X (formerly Twitter).
I contributed by resharing content, creating posts, and advising on effective social media strategies. My responsibilities also included managing photo release forms and educating hosts on Red Cross brand and social media policies.
In 2020, regional leadership recognized me for having the highest social media engagement across my accounts, showing how these strategies effectively boosted awareness and participation in blood drives.

Rain City Skills and GWAY Throws 2021- 2025: Rain City Skills 2025 – Present GWAY Throws (Contributor)
As a sponsored player for Rain City Skills—you read that right!—I created engaging content across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube to promote new yoyo products and merchandise, as well as teach trick tutorials.
When Rain City Skills closed in 2025, I transitioned to GWAY Throws, continuing to produce content on Instagram and YouTube. One highlight was collaborating with Ben H Media on a player introduction video to announce my joining the team. I remain actively involved, creating and sharing content that supports the brand and yo-yo community.
